Steps to Disengaged Employees
David Balmer, Area Manager, Instructor
Emerald Coast Dale Carnegie Training
We will review the way an employee can become fully disengaged with a company and ways we can counter, and possibly reverse this situation in an organization.
Only 29% of all employees are fully engaged in a company. 45% are somewhat engaged and 26% are fully disengaged. This is extremely important when we realize that after a period of time most new employees lose their enthusiasm for the work they are doing. Since most eventually leave, companies are faced with the serious expense of hiring over and over.
