RANDALL T. PORCHER is an attorney out of the Tallahassee office of Morgan & Morgan. Currently, his practice is devoted to representing the interests of injured workers in Florida workers’ compensation cases. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Randall served as the Director of the First District Court of Appeal’s Workers’ Compensation Unit, a position he was offered while working at the Florida Supreme Court as a senior law clerk for Chief Justice Jorge Labarga. When Mr. Porcher first started practicing law, he represented the interests of insurance companies and employers in workers' compensation matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He left the defense practice in 2000 and founded a firm (Gonzalez & Porcher) which represented the interests of personal injury plaintiffs and workers’ compensation claimants at both the trial and appellate level.
