Employee Selection & Retention - Making A Good Match and Making It Last.

Mary Beth Reynolds had worked in outside sales for twelve years before joining the team at Personnel Resources. In the role of Senior Executive Vice President, she has spent over seventeen years helping companies devise staffing, recruiting and teambuilding strategies. Mary Beth has always been very active in the community. At age 19, she is the youngest President of the Ashford Area Chamber of Commerce. She has held numerous leadership positions in a variety of non-profit organizations including: The American Heart Association, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society and The Wiregrass Children’s Home. She is a current Board member of the Wiregrass United Way and was last year’s overall Campaign Chair which resulted in over $2.9 million dollars.Mary Beth is also the first ever female President of either Dothan Rotary Club. During her tenure, the Houston County Club received a Presidential Citation. She is a two time nominee for “Dothan Small Business Person of the Year” and has served three terms on the Board of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce. As a motivational speaker, Mary Beth addresses business groups all over the region. Her favorite topics are related to sales and recruiting. She is frequently called upon by local media as an expert in her field and her remarks have been published in several magazines.She is a graduate of Troy State University. Marybeth, along with her husband Kent and daughter Macy live in Dothan and attend Wiregrass Church.
