Fiduciary Responsibilities for Plan Sponsors.

There is an increase in what the Department of Labor is expecting from plan sponsors and they are looking at plan sponsors as fiduciaries along with the accompanying responsibilities.

Frank B. Martin, CFP ®

Raymond James

After graduating from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Accounting, Frank had the opportunity to be involved in a number of businesses, including oil and gas, tax and audit accounting, banking and medical service companies.  Frank recognized that with this background and his desire to help families in navigating their financial obstacles, he decided to launch his financial planning practice in 2002.
