Revealing the Hidden Cause of Retaliation Claims
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reports that the number one reason for claims is retaliation. This session will provide attendees with information about how to protect their organization from these costly claims.
We'll address why employees believe they are the victim of retaliation and the steps employers can take to eliminate the causes for the belief.
The attendees will leave with a better understanding of the retaliation time table and why the timing of corrective actions and terminations are critical in avoiding retaliation claims.
